There is so much to prepare for and think about before one goes in for surgery of any kind. The following links are by no means medical advise but they are recommendations based on my personal post-op process and also many of those I have worked with:

POWER HEALING GUIDE is an excellent vitamin regime recommendation to begin a few weeks before surgery. It can maximize the healing process in profound ways!

MEPITAC TAPE silicone scar strips can help your scars fade and soften better than anything I’ve seen. I would recommend using the scar strips for four to six months post-op which may seem like a long time but if you’re looking to optimize your appearance and provide extra protection, it’s well worth it. Be sure to let your scars breathe as well and take breaks with the tape.

POST-OP COMPRESSION VEST the last thing any of us want post-top surgery is to wear another binder; however! Swelling can linger for weeks post-op and as a result wearing a comfortable binder is key for SIX WEEKS after surgery. This will also provide extra protection for your chest and help with appearance drastically. Discontinue sleep with the compression roughly 2 weeks post-op

BONE BROTH the few days after surgery your body will be looking for extra collegian to rebuild its natural state, bone broth provides incredible amounts of nutrients that will help restore your gut bacteria as well (and flush out the surgical toxins) as well as tons of collegen
